Job Description
- Ensure compliance to all corporate directives, SOPs and management instructions given time to time as regards to Occupational Health & Safety and security of the store.
- Manage and ensure continuous improvement of all security matters against shoplifting, theft, pilferage, robbery, fraud, trespassing, vandalism, fraud, or any other specific criminal actions against the interest of the store.
- Ensure Risk Assessment and Hazards Analyses to Identify and intimate the trouble areas regards to safety, security, or any other matter against the interest of the store and come up with the proactive solution to support the operations.
- Keep Regional Manager security and Store manager informed of all activities or incidents counterproductive towards corporate interest.
- Ensure proper Deployment, Duty Roster, Shifts Management, and attendance of third-party security staff.
- Constantly take note of all Operational SOPs gaps and report and propose remedial and or corrective measure.
- Continue to create proactive employee awareness program as regards to Workplace safety and security matters within the store.
- Coordination with third Party service providers for all security related matters.
- Continuously focus self and Team Development, and improve Skills, Loss Prevention, Leadership, Active Surveillance, Risk Management, Decision Making, emergency management and Security Operations etc.
Qualifications
- A strong Leader with team management skills.
- Strategic Planner and proficient in making annual operating budget for the department. Monitor Budget and control expenses in all areas of the department.
- Familiarity with MS-Office (PowerPoint, MS word, MS Excel).
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
- Five years experience in 5 Start Hotels.
