Salon Booking Systems: Utilize the salon’s booking platform (e.g., Website, Bookr, Bookeey, etc.) to manage and update appointments. Ensure the system is up-to-date with client details and service preferences.
Point of Sale (POS) Operations: Efficiently process all POS transactions, including retail sales, ensuring accurate item entry and payment recording.
Daily Cash and Sales Reconciliation: At the end of each day, verify that all transactions are correct and that the day’s financial totals align. Submit the daily cash income report to the designated office personnel.
Client Experience Management: Maintain a calm, welcoming atmosphere in the reception area, including controlling the music and ambiance to enhance the overall client experience.
Walk-In Management: Welcome walk-in clients, answer inquiries about available services, and assist in scheduling appointments based on stylist or technician availability.
