Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
  2. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our luxury watch and apparel collections to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
  3. Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling techniques and exceptional customer service.
  4. Assist in visual merchandising to create an inviting shopping experience that showcases our products.
  5. Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth checkout process for customers.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  7. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  8. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  9. Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking merchandise as needed.
  10. Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market trends.
