الوصف الوظيفي

  • Work with a pleasant outlook and use appropriate communication channels to connect with existing clients.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with wholesaleclients
  • Promoting and selling electrical products (e.g., DBs breakers, and tools).
  • Conducting market visits to identify opportunities andexpand the client base.
  • Present reports of potential prospects to the management for aiding critical business decisions.
  • Boost company revenue and achieve sales targets by taking appropriate measures into consideration.
  • Manage typical conversion rate, sales call, revenue, and other reports in a precise manner for accurate evaluation.
  • Boost company reputation by approaching existing and potential prospects in-person and on a remote basis.
  • Understanding and promoting the company’s Products & Services as assigned.

المهارات

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in sales, preferably in the electrical field
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Kuwait Driving License required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, consistently achieving or surpassing targets.
  • 80% of the role involves fieldwork (in the market) and 20% office-based, requiring a balance of hands-on client interaction and administrative tasks.
