· Attends weekly meetings and is assigned Ministries, Government, or Public Related Institutions and Agencies to target, other general work, and provides Sales Supervisor an update on all accounts and their status as well as new marketing or P&S ideas
· Works with Sales Supervisor to develop and work through individual and Team Strategy and Action Plans for effective search of sales leads, prospects & penetration of new markets, as well as to develop creative ideas and develop tailor made Bank P&S for each Ministry, Government, or Public Related Institution or and Agency, if possible
· Follows Strategy Plan by contacting and developing relationships with assigned Institutions or Agencies and prepares Call Reports for each visit, updating the IT System
· Sells Bank products outside of the bank premises and understanding customers’ needs
