Sales Executive - Insurance

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join the team in the Insurance Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing the insurance portfolio through broker relationships, direct business development, and market research. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing brokers to secure new and renewal business.
• Identify and onboard new brokers to expand the company’s portfolio and contribute to growth.
• Market and sell general insurance products directly to clients.
• Prepare and submit monthly marketing activity reports, including suggestions for improvement.
• Conduct market research to analyze competitors’ pricing and strategies, highlighting the company’s strengths and identifying opportunities for market penetration.
• Service existing clients while actively generating new business opportunities.
