• Develop sales in consultant markets including both commercial and residential sectors
• Develop sales with contractor base for the sector
• Liaise closely with Category and Marketing team
• Achieve and report on all KPI’s
• To deliver the set sales targets for B2B
• To assist with the location of new projects, identify key decision makers and obtain opportunity to quote.
• To understand the decision making process and to negotiate and close the deals
• Follow up the process of all sales orders and coordinate all logistics related issues with the Delivery and Installation Departments
• Pursue the achievement and over-achievement of total monthly sales targets in volume, value and margin
• Analyze on a monthly basis the results, the activity implementation and provide updates on progress and new initiatives
• 5 – 7 years’ project sales experience – with a clearly demonstrably track record of achievement
• An excellent network of Architects, Consultants, Contractors, and Site Engineers in Kuwait/GCC
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in Arabic and English
• Strong presentation abilities
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Kuwait driving license is a must;
