Reports To: Sales Manager/Brand Manager
Job Summary: A Sales Executive is responsible for selling cars. Their duties include meeting with customers to discuss their needs, promoting sales offers and participating in test drives with interested customers.
Key Responsibilities
· Greet the customer in good manner and provide them a good hospitality.
· Answer customer’s questions about vehicles, prices, availability, uses, and credit terms.
· Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate vehicle features, and recommend suitable types their needs and interests.
· Estimate or quote prices, credit terms, warranties, and delivery dates as customer’s needs aligned with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of the brand.
· Consult with clients after sales to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
· Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
· Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitor’s products, prices, and sales.
· Ensure the test drive was been done to the customer if required.
· Ensure Customer satisfaction to achieve the Customer Satisfaction Scores.
· Participates in project work where applicable.
· Requirement open for Female Lebanese, Jordanian, Egyptian & Palestinian nationals
· Required Diploma, University degree, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferable
· Minimum 5 years in similar position or related to business.
· Relevant Experience: 0-2 years of experience in automotive industry.
· Required Bilingual, Customer focus, Proficient in both oral and written communications
· Able to represent the company in a courteous and professional manner
