Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. • Track and report on sales performance, ensuring that monthly and quarterly targets are met.
• Maintain up-to-date records of client information, sales activities, and communications in CRM systems.
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and logistics industry developments.
• Identify potential areas for business growth and offer suggestions based on customer feedback and industry insights.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction with all logistics services.
• Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing documentation related to sales and logistics processes.
