Sales Engineer - Civil

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Engineer with a Civil Engineering background to join our team. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling our civil engineering products and solutions, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth within the construction industry. The ideal candidate should have both technical expertise in civil engineering and strong sales skills to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for civil engineering products and solutions.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients by understanding their needs and providing technical solutions.
3. Product Presentations: Present and demonstrate product capabilities to clients, clearly explaining technical specifications and benefits.
4. Quotation and Proposal Preparation: Prepare and submit detailed quotations, proposals, and technical documentation, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
5. Project Coordination: Collaborate with clients to understand project specifications and ensure the products meet their technical requirements.
6. Sales Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, meetings, orders, and customer interactions. Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
7. Invoice & Payment Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up on invoices and payments to maintain cash flow.
8. Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor products, and customer needs to stay competitive in the civil engineering industry.
9. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
