- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, business management, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of proven sales experience in the commercial vehicle sector, Heavy equipment experience is a plus.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial vehicle, construction equipment specifications, configurations, and applications….etc.
1- Sales Expertise:
- Experience in B2B sales and dealing with fleet customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
2- Technical Proficiency:
- Ability to explain technical features and benefits of commercial vehicles.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, fuel efficiency, and performance optimization.
3- Market Knowledge:
- Familiarity with the Kuwait market dynamics, customer preferences, and competitor landscape.
- Understanding of local regulations and compliance for heavy commercial vehicles.
4- Language Skills:
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Arabic will be an added value..
5- Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Capable of working in a multicultural environment.
- Sales or automotive-related certifications (e.g., CRM tools, technical training, etc.).
- Valid driver’s license in Kuwait.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to travel within Kuwait/overseas for client meetings and site visits.
