As the Sales Department Head, you will play a crucial role in shaping the success and growth of our organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and fostering relationships with key clients. Your extensive experience in the Kuwaiti local market, along with your knowledge of Oracle and Microsoft solutions, will be essential to drive our sales efforts effectively.
1. Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
2. Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance targets and ensure continuous growth.
3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored IT solutions.
4. Market Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors in the Kuwaiti local market, adapting strategies accordingly.
5. Product Knowledge:
Willing to possess a deep understanding of Oracle, SAP, and Microsoft solutions to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
6. Revenue Forecasting:
Collaborate with the executive team to provide accurate sales forecasts and budget recommendations.
7. Sales Reporting:
Implement sales tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor team performance and KPIs.
8. Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop sales team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience in the Kuwaiti local market, preferably in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle and Microsoft solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Arabic)
