Position Overview
Sales coordinator, is responsible for assisting the sales supervisor with the building and managing the sales pipeline of prospective clients for accurate forecasting purposes, and collaborating with various departments within the company. Revenues generating, meeting targets, customers relationships, and expansion are the key aspects of his role.
Essential Job Roles:
· Following up with delivery team
· Act as the point of contact for clients
· Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
· Support on the returns process.
· Supervise promoters.
· Following up with the receivables team.
· Invoicing from A to Z.
· Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
· Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required
· Proven work experience as a Sales coordinator.
· Hands on experience with customer service
· An ability to gasp clients needs and to increase customer engagement
· Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
· Understanding of sales performance metrics.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Analytical and time-management skills
· BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
