The Sales Coordinator position in the Food & Beverage Production industry is a pivotal role that supports the sales team in achieving their targets and ensuring smooth operations. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing client communications, and ensuring that the sales process runs seamlessly from order to delivery. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for the food and beverage sector.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the sales team in preparing and processing sales orders and contracts.
  2. Coordinate communication between clients and the sales team to ensure timely responses to inquiries.
  3. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  4. Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review.
  5. Support the organization of promotional events and trade shows.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team for timely product deliveries.
  7. Assist in the development of sales strategies and marketing materials.
  8. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on sales goals and objectives.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  3. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  5. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus.
  8. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  9. Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
  10. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
