Duties & Responsibilities included but not limited to:
• Maintain JTC customer database.
• Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by email, telephone, and personal visits.
• Formulate bids / quotes in coordination with Supervisor.
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support, and liaison with JTC order-processing & Operations staff.
• Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
• Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys in co-ordination with JTC Business Development Department.
• Monitor and report on upcoming opportunities within Kuwait and other locations identified as “of Interest” to JTC.
• Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
• Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and sales skills. Formulate, administer and carry out JTC customer satisfaction surveys on 6 monthly intervals.
