Sales Associate – Chocolate Shop

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at our chocolate shop. The ideal candidate will have a passion for chocolate and a natural ability to provide exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, ensuring a delightful shopping experience, wrapping chocolates, and preparing plates of chocolates for special occasions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their selections, answering questions about products and offering recommendations based on their preferences.
• Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service, ensuring every customer has a positive experience.
• Package and wrap chocolates elegantly and accurately, ensuring a high standard of presentation.
• Prepare and arrange chocolate plates for special occasions, ensuring they are aesthetically appealing and meet customer expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Handle cash register transactions, including processing payments and providing receipts.
• Restock shelves and display cases with chocolates, ensuring products are fresh and neatly presented.

Promote seasonal or new chocolate products to customers and encourage sales.

Maintain product knowledge, keeping up to date with new arrivals, ingredients, and chocolate varieties.

Assist in keeping track of inventory and notifying the manager when supplies are running low.

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
