The role of a Sales Accounts Manager involves managing and growing client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction
by working closely with clients, presenting tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets focusing on generating revenue and expanding business
opportunities within the Oil and Gas sector.
Principal Accountabilities
1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients by serving as the primary point of contact for
inquiries and issues to ensure a deeper understanding of their specific needs, challenges, and goals.
2. Sales Strategy and Execution: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the oil and gas sector to develop and implement effective
sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
3. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities to provide insights and
recommendations to senior management based on market analysis.
4. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status by preparing regular reports
on sales performance and forecasts for management review.
5. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services relevant to the oil and gas sector to provide product
training and support to clients as needed.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client needs are met
and coordinate with technical teams to deliver customized solutions.
7. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers, understand their needs, challenges, and
objectives to effectively align the organization& products or services with their requirements.

Qualifications & Experience
1. Bachelors degree in Business, engineering or
equivalent
Masters in Business /engineering or similar
2. Leadership, strategic thinking, and project
management expertise.
3. 5+ years of experience with proven track in oil and
gas sector
Essential Desirable
1. Strong problem-solving skills Arabic speaking desirable
2. Strong understanding of the oil and gas market,
including key players and industry trends
3. Strong Negotiation skill
4. Excellent Microsoft skills
