We are seeking a dynamic and professional Female Receptionist to join our team in Al Kuwait. Responsibilities:

1. Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
2. Welcome visitors and clients with a warm and professional attitude.
3. Maintain the reception area in a tidy and organized manner.
4. Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for executives.
5. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
6. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
7. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
8. Provide information about the company and its services to clients and visitors.
9. Monitor and maintain office supplies and inventory.
10. Support the HR department with onboarding new employees.
