The purpose of the job is to handle customers in the reception area and to communicate with them during the repair process. In addition to some administrative work in the computer service center.
Job Responsibilities
Open Job Cards in the system for customer complaints.
Understand the problem and clearly mention it on the Job Cards
Communicate with customers for Job Cards Status
Handling finished foods delivery back to customers
Internal Administrative work inside the Service Centre covering Job Cards, daily reports and follow-up
Candidate Requirements
Fluent in English
Have computer skills; Windows (Office, Word, Excel & etc)
