-To ensure Quality, Health Safety & Environmental Policies, Manuals and Procedures in place within HOTECC, and ensures continued compliance with these requirements.
-To prepare project quality plan (PQP), inspection and test plans, method statements for the upcoming/ tendering projects as per the tendering department requirements. § To coordinate and support quality audit programs including Internal and external IMS audits § To evaluate audit ---findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.
-To investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
-To collect, compile and analyze statistical data to identify areas for improvement.
-To report quality performance metrics and trends to the management team, including major issues which could affect business performance.
-To Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
-To Identify, plan and implement key projects to improve quality and standards that are followed across the organization.
-To develop and co-ordinate the performance excellence/performance improvement plan. § To provide management with QA status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key responsibilities and objectives. §
-To liaison with HR, Finance, IT, Operations etc. and other members of the organization as part of developing procedures and QA standards.
-Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.
