Reports To: Business Development Executive
Job Summary: Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Proposal Engineer with 5-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. Responsible for managing the technical aspects of proposal development, ensuring that our submissions meet client requirements and display the company's technical capabilities effectively. This role will report directly to the Business Development Executive and will collaborate closely with various internal teams to deliver high-quality proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Proposal Development:
· Lead the development of technical proposals in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring alignment with client specifications and requirements.
· Collaborate with internal technical teams to gather necessary information, including project scope, methodologies, and deliverables.
Proposal Management:
· Coordinate and manage the proposal process from initiation to submission, adhering to timelines and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the technical content.
· Organize and participate in proposal review meetings, incorporating feedback and ensuring continuous improvement in proposal quality.
Content Creation and Review:
· Draft, review, and edit technical sections of proposals, ensuring clarity, coherence, and technical accuracy.
· Develop innovative and tailored solutions to meet client needs, differentiating our proposals from standard submissions.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
· Work closely with the Business Development Executive, project managers, and technical leads to develop proposal strategies and themes that highlight our technical strengths.
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to facilitate the seamless flow of information and support for proposal development.
Documentation and Standardization:
· Maintain and update a repository of technical proposal content, ensuring consistency and adherence to company standards and guidelines.
· Implement best practices for proposal development, including templates, style guides, and quality assurance processes.
Client Interaction:
· Engage with clients during the proposal process to clarify technical requirements and address any queries related to our submissions.
· Attend pre-bid meetings and technical discussions as required to gain a comprehensive understanding of client expectations.
Continuous Improvement:
· Monitor industry trends and advancements to ensure proposals reflect the latest innovations and best practices.
· Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing the proposal process and improving win rates.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Proficiency in proposal management tools and software is an advantage.
Candidate Profile:
· Requirement open for all nationals
· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture or a related technical field.
· A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in proposal engineering or a similar role, with a strong focus on technical proposal development.
· Excellent technical writing and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
· Proven ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
