Qualification: Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, management, or a related field Salary: 1000-1200 KWD Description: Responsibilities:
Define project scope and objectives
Predict the resources needed to achieve goals and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements
Oversee project costs to meet budget
Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans
Provide consistent project updates to various stakeholders on strategy, adjustments and developments
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected results
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement Required skills and qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, management, or a related field
5 years of project management experience and 15 years of experience in Software development.
PMP certification is a must, Scrum certification is a plus.
Familiar with project management software, methodologies, and best practices
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
Good analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
Proven ability to complete projects within planned scope, budget, and timeline
Strong familiarity with project management software tools and best practices, such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Jira.
