The Project Manager is responsible for monitoring AE’s projects that have been assigned by the management team to ensure that each project is completed on time, within budget and scope, and that the desired result is achieved with the most efficient use of resources.
The role is to ensure that the project’s objectives and the different interests of the involved stakeholders are met, and financial, technical, and contractual specs agreed with clients are met.
Managing subcontractor performance and adherence to timely installation and erection within contract terms.
Use best practice PMI methodology to create a project plan to fit the stakeholders needs and deliver within budget on desired outcomes.
Manage a portfolio of projects according to the standards and expectations of the management.
Accountable for the project's result and is the driver that holds it together.
Defines project scope and schedule as per sales and contract requirements while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status and working meetings.

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Approved and recognized by Kuwait Society of Engineers.
6+ years of experience as Project Manager/Site Engineer/Project Engineer/Site Supervisor within Construction/Fit-out/Oil or Gas industry
Minimum 7 years previous experience, with at least 4 years similar experience to the responsibilities outlined above.
Having relevant experience for Kitchen & Laundry experience or HVAC scope of works as minimum.
Having attitude and skill to face and handle Clients and Consultants.
