The Roche Kuwait early in career Program is a 12 months rotational development program at Roche. The program is tailored for high potential individuals at an early stage of their career, and NO work experience is required. The program accelerates their professional development and enables them to be key contributors to Roche's purpose and what patients need next.
Roche Kuwait offers Product Specialist position for a period of 11 months and one month rotation with the below main responsibilities:
Your Responsibilities
Proactively acquires a deep understanding of the external environment (healthcare system, policies) to anticipate future trends and formulates a strategic view of the market, competition, and products erosion in both short and long terms.
Build marketing plans analyzing the relevant markets and defining long and short-term qualitative and quantitative objectives.
Where relevant, implement the launch excellence framework to build leading launch plans.
Translates Roche plans into a strong actionable operational plan with clear goals, actions, accountabilities and measures across the cross-functional team.
Sets responsible and challenging goals with appropriate KPIs for the brand that have a clear positive impact on business performance.
Ensuring the good implementation of tactical plans by collaborating with a cross functional team (Sales/Market Access/Medical/SFE/Marketing).
Achieving marketing objectives as agreed with management, managing the development and implementation of marketing plans consistent with approval strategy.
Ensures that all products for which you are responsible are actively forecast each month as per the forecasting and product introductions processes.
Manages the introduction and withdrawal of products as per the product introduction/withdrawal process.
Ensures that changes affecting products are communicated as per the product change communication process.
Ensures that all commercial product management tasks are properly implemented in a timely manner in accordance with the procedures in place.
Accountable for ensuring compliance’s rules & ethic code when working with Health Care Professional to strengthen the company’s image.
Ensures all the support for the sales team/MA team comply with relevant acts, legal demand and ethical standards and in line with the marketing plan.

Who You Are (requirements)
You hold a Bachelor or Master degree in Life Sciences, Economy, Business, Public Affairs or any related area
You are at an early stage in your career. Fresh graduates will be preferred
Having a basic understanding of healthcare system is preferred
You are eager to work with diverse cultures
You are curious and have passion for learning new things, and have high degree of integrity and courage
You have excellent communication and innovative skills
You are proficient in English
