المسؤوليات:

• تقديم حصص تدريس فردية شخصية للطلاب في مختلف المواد الدراسية. (حضوري و عن بعد في جميع انحاء الكويت)
• تكييف أساليب التدريس لتلبية الاحتياجات الفردية لكل طالب.
• مساعدة الطلاب في فهم المفاهيم المعقدة وتحسين أدائهم الأكاديمي.
• الحفاظ على التواصل المفتوح مع الطلاب وأولياء أمورهم فيما يتعلق بالتقدم والمجالات التي تحتاج إلى تحسين.

المتطلبات:

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في التدريس في المدارس للأنظمة الوطنية والدولية في الكويت.
• الإقامة في الكويت والحق في العمل فيها.
• خبرة مثبتة في الأنظمة التعليمية التي تُدرس في الكويت.
• مهارات قوية في التواصل والمهارات الشخصية.
• شغف بالتعليم وتفاني في مساعدة الطلاب على النجاح.

المؤهلات المفضلة:

• درجة البكالوريوس في التربية أو مجال ذي صلة.
• شهادة في التدريس أو التوجيه.
• خبرة في العمل مع طلاب من خلفيات وأساليب تعلم متنوعة.

Job Title: Freelance Private Tutor

Location: Kuwait

We are currently seeking experienced Freelance Private Tutors to join our team and contribute to the academic success of our students in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have experience in National or International school systems taught in Kuwait.

Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized one on one tutoring sessions to students in various subjects. (In person and Online all over Kuwait)

- Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each student.

- Assist students in understanding complex concepts and improving their academic performance.

- Maintain open communication with students and their parents regarding progress and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of teaching experience in schools for national and international systems in Kuwait.
• Living and eligible to work in Kuwait.
• Proven experience with the educational systems taught in these countries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about education and dedicated to helping students succeed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Certification in teaching or tutoring.
• Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
