Provide information & support the team members on significant market developments, changes & needs
Day-to-day Account Management & Co-ordination for Strategic Customers
Ensure to guide and assist the team members in all activities namely technical, financial, customer complaints, deal closing etc.
Record & update business leads and qualifying opportunities in CRM
Review & monitor Lead to order closing cycle time in CRM
Monitor Team Member sales performance using CRM & Achievements
Exert maximum efforts to avoid cancellations and resolve issues with clients.
Prepare & review for costing & bid sheet for Tenders & review the prices for the corporate proposals/tenders
Ensure receiving approved contracts for services provided against email approvals & LPO basis
Provide technical guidance to Team members on strategically selling approach
Identify potential & new market segments in Kuwait Market and assign to team members
Provide technical, commercial & administrative support to team members for closure of major deals
Review new Tenders from Periodic Tender Journals & recommend for purchasing
Review all corporate proposals prepared by team members before submission to clients
Conduct periodic personal visit to strategic customers to introduce the new services
Recommend discounts, promotions, demo accounts to corporate clients
Create & Co-ordinate and conduct meeting request with Pre-sales Engineers & Customers & site visit with Pre-sales engineer / IT Staff
Conduct frequent follow-up on the prospects, negotiate and close the deals. Submit proposals on a timely manner.
Maintains relationships with existing clients by providing support, information, and guidance to ensure renewed business opportunities
Study & Report Kuwait market share of the company & monitor competitors’ growth and report to the AGM
Review and approve periodic Sales Pipeline reports in CRM from Team members
Identifying strategic building infrastructure for new / potential business opportunities
Conduct preliminary Tender selection, review, and co-ordination with pre-sales engineers
Participate in Tender / Contract pre-qualification meetings with potential customers
Provide timely clarifications to Tender & contracts
Follow-up on tender & contract preparation
Process Service Cancellation requests in the system without undue delay
Follow-up on outstanding / pending commercial invoices for Strategic Customers
Prepare & submit business case study request to BD for new POP Node establishment
Identify service improvements or new services by identifying industry trends, market activities and competitors.
Communicate customer complaints received from the Customers to CRD
Maintaining up-to-date customer database
Submit Management Approved contracts to Customers
Monitor & analyze Revenue achievement from each of the established POP Nodes & report to CCO
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench-marking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
Prepare/Renew/Cancel POP Node contracts with Real Estate Owners & Service Contractors
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Review all the failed SO’s and try to re-negotiate with customers
Review all the Demo & rework SO’s and make them under process for implementation.
