The PR & Communication Manager plays a crucial role in shaping and maintaining the public image of our catering and food service company in Al Kuwait. This position requires a dynamic individual who can effectively communicate our brand values, engage with various stakeholders, and enhance our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public relations, communication strategies, and a passion for the food service industry. They will be responsible for developing and implementing PR campaigns that resonate with our target audience while fostering positive relationships with media outlets and the community.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Manage media relations, including drafting press releases, arranging interviews, and responding to media inquiries.
  3. Coordinate and oversee promotional events, product launches, and community outreach initiatives.
  4. Monitor and analyze media coverage and public sentiment to inform future PR strategies.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including journalists, influencers, and community leaders.
  7. Develop content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and the company website.
  8. Provide training and support to staff on effective communication practices and media engagement.
  9. Manage the PR budget and report on the effectiveness of PR campaigns.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the company's PR efforts.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Proven experience in public relations or communications, preferably in the food service industry.
  3. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills and a knack for building relationships.
  5. Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  7. Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
  8. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  9. Experience in crisis communication and management.
  10. Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
