Duties & Responsibilities:-

Develop and monitor project schedules for MEP activities using planning tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely execution of MEP works.
Review design drawings, shop drawings, and specifications to align planning schedules.
Identify project risks, delays, and critical paths, and propose mitigation strategies.
Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with project deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
10+ years of experience in MEP planning, preferably in MEP r contracting companies.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, project coordination, and construction methodologies.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
KSE (Kuwait Society of Engineering)
