Responsibilities
1. Researching, organizing, and developing new leads for potential business by cold calling or knocking on door visits.
2. Convert cold-calling leads into sales.
3. Attending Sales brief meetings and follow-up briefs.
4. Approach/ Hunt new merchants.
5. Develop, build, and manage a client base.
6. Develop and increase business by following up on potential leads with face-to-face presentations and meetings with clients.
7. Facilitate preparing and distributing contracts to customers, overseeing the delivery process to ensure timely completion.
8. Prospect new clients via sales calls, direct mail, email, and networking events.
9. Providing regular (weekly & monthly or as required) detailed activity reports.
10. Providing feedback and new ideas generated through the sales process
11. Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business.
12. Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures across all sales activities, fostering a culture of compliance and excellence.
• Institute, preferably with an IT certificate.
• Basic knowledge of Excel usage.
• Background in ERP, Odoo SAP Oracle, and accounting systems.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience with at least three years in SaaS /e-commerce industries.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Confident and outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication skills and bilinguals ( Arabic and English).
• Analytical thinking.
