Assists in the Supervisor administering of the Bank’s various social media accounts and creates, organizes and publishes relevant, original, high-quality content such as video, animation, graphics and posts
Ensures advertising on social media reflects the latest Bank products, services, events and promotions, is consistent, as well as monitoring that the Bank’s corporate identity is maintained at all times
Works towards building online reputation through garnering positive reviews
Monitors and follows all client comments and suggestions, and provides feedback to Direct Line Manager for approval.
Performs research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
Tracks competitor Social Media campaigns in efforts to stay ahead and ensure Divisions’ efficiency and maximum impact
Coordinates with Supervisor and Media agencies in regards to design, creation and management of promotions and Social ad campaigns.
Sees to any additional request made by Division Head or DGM
