Job Description
Ensures the Bank’s corporate identity and CBK guidelines is consistent throughout and maintained at all times. Coordinates production of designs and advertising materials (Media Plans, BTL and TTL) with all Advertising and Media & Design Agencies Assists the Supervisor in maintaining and monitoring all Community relations programs, including all CSR (Community Social Responsibility) Helps in creating all creative design concepts for Advertising campaigns for each particular product, the Bank as a whole, and further continues to assist DGM manage said campaigns that shall include but not be limited to:
+ Print and media Ads, advertising material, mupis, posters, brochures, etc.
+ All related social media, including monitoring of comments and reflected appropriate action
This is related to social media not to PR. (We can keep it as a Support to cross cheek )
+ The Bank website
+ Media schedules, ensuring optimization of coverage and impact
Coordinates the publication of the Bank’s Annual Report, Calendars, Desk Planners, Greeting Cards & quarterly Tijari News Cross checks Bank website to ensure all information, such as Annual Report, Financial Highlights, Tijari News, staff changes, rates of products and services are up-to-date and reflect most current events Further assists the Supervisor in organizing all Bank related staff parties etc. Tracks competitor advertising and PR campaigns in efforts to stay ahead and ensure Divisions’ efficiency and maximum Sees to any additional request made by Division Head/ DGM or the Manager
