Planning, organizing, and coordinating all activities in the department in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.
Acting as the main point of contact for matters related to the department and resolving any issues or concerns should they arise.
Responsible for administrative matters related to all employee records within the concerned department.
Working closely with other departments in the company to accomplish tasks related to the department in which they operate
Supporting the technical team and providing the necessary assistance, information, and data they need to perform their duties, within the scope of authority and in accordance with non-disclosure and confidentiality policies.
Monitoring the employees working in the department, ensuring their compliance, and submitting related reports to the department manager.
Preparing requests on behalf of all department employees, such as annual leave requests, sick leave, and others.
Preparing and following up on quotations, invoices, and the customer database, as well as communicating with clients and gathering their feedback.
Monitoring the department's and its employees' compliance with administrative quality standards and working on improving workflow processes.
Storing and archiving files and documents both physically and electronically, as well as developing and maintaining databases.
Preparing periodical reports and providing the documents if needed.
Keeping the employees, department and company’s data confidential.
Preparing the petty cash and employees/ Vehicles licenses /permits.
