Our client is seeking an experienced Odoo Functional & IT Support professional to streamline their business operations by configuring, implementing, and supporting the Odoo ERP system. This role will involve managing key modules such as Inventory, POS, Purchasing, and Finance, customizing workflows, troubleshooting ERP issues, and providing bilingual training to users. Additionally, the role requires supporting daily IT systems administration tasks to ensure smooth business operations and optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Odoo ERP Configuration & Implementation:

  • Configure and implement Odoo ERP modules (Inventory, POS, Purchasing, Finance) to optimize business processes.
  • Customize workflows, forms, and reports within Odoo to align with company needs and improve operational efficiency.

ERP Troubleshooting & Support:

  • Provide ongoing support for ERP-related issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Address and resolve user-reported issues, customizing the system to improve functionality when needed.

User Training & Support:

  • Conduct bilingual (English and Arabic) user training sessions on Odoo ERP modules.
  • Offer post-training support and documentation to empower users to resolve minor issues independently.

Collaboration & Process Optimization:

  • Work with different departments to optimize processes using Odoo ERP and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Regularly evaluate system performance to enhance workflows and operational efficiency.

IT Systems Administration Support:

  • Assist in daily IT systems administration tasks, ensuring systems and hardware are operating efficiently.
  • Manage system backups, updates, and user access to ensure security and system integrity.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Prepare reports on ERP system performance, user adoption, and issue resolution.
  • Provide analytical support to management through data analysis using Excel and Odoo reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Administrator, with strong familiarity in IT systems administration.
  • Proven experience working with Odoo ERP system modules (Inventory, POS, Purchasing, Finance).
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to assess business needs and optimize ERP configurations.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor ERP-related projects.
