Key Responsibilities:

• Develop tailored reading programs that cater to students’ unique reading levels and interests
• Engage students in group and one-on-one sessions to improve literacy and critical thinking
• Foster an environment that promotes enthusiasm for reading and literature
• Partner with parents and staff to support each student’s reading journey

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field
• Experience in teaching reading strategies to middle school students
• Passion for literacy and the ability to inspire students’ love for reading
