4. Qualification, Experience & Skills
Academic Qualification:
Secondary School Diploma
Experience:
FMCG Merchandising experience
Other Requirements:
Valid Kuwait driving license and a clean driving record.
Familiarity with road maps.
Familiarity with Shelvz App
Additional Certifications:

Direct working relationship with the area Supervisor.
Work Closely with Drivers & Delivery system.

Description:

Perfect Store implementation.
Correct implementation of POSM & Secondary Display Deployment.
Follow KPI’s that are represented by the department with scorecard.
Daily input into SHELVEZ application.
Daily Stock Replenishment.
OSA auditing as per to plan provided.
POSM implementation as per to Shopper marketing plan and updates.
Planogram 100% implementation.
Securing SOS as per to BDA & Unilever’s direction.
Monthly Stock count as per to time provided by Supervisors and management.
Quarterly Expiration Date Audit.
CRQS: Monitoring shelves cleanliness from Damages, Dust, Broken seals etc.
