Administrative

• Good Knowledge of K-tendering. Check, update K-tendering for tenders & other requirements.
• Prepare quotations & maintain filing & registering.
• Update and maintain all related files, logs as directed by Company representative.

Operational

• Identifying potential clients
• Contacting clients & building relations
• Following up for requirements, and details
• Preparing & submitting quotations to clients & follow-up
• Preparing quotations & presentations
• Regular & timely follow-up for upcoming client requirements
• Communication with principals on technical matters for offers & installation works
• Preparation of approvals with clients
• Maintaining all communications & register logs with clients
• Interaction with other departments for information on approvals
• Supervisory Capacity:
• Be able to plan work functions.
• Be able to make sound decisions.

Communications:

• Must be able to read, write and speak in English. Arabic is an advantage
• Must be capable of group communications to direct and control the work he is responsible for.
• Must have the ability to prepare maintenance forms, reports, letters and the like.
