🔰Marketing Management - Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the products and services of the Arabian Electricity Company and its subsidiaries.
  2. Create innovative marketing plans to increase market share and brand awareness.

Coordination and Communication:

  1. Work closely with other departments within the company to ensure the achievement of common goals.
  2. Manage relationships with partners to ensure their satisfaction and achieve marketing objectives.

Research and Analysis:

  1. Analyze market trends to identify growth and development opportunities.
  2. Monitor the performance of marketing and advertising campaigns and provide regular reports to senior management.
  3. Team Management:
  4. Lead and guide marketing and advertising teams to achieve optimal performance.
  5. Develop team skills through continuous training and mentoring.


🔰Advertising Company Management - Key Responsibilities:

Achieving Sales Targets for the Company:

  1. Develop and implement innovative advertising strategies aimed at increasing sales of the electricity company's products and services.
  2. Monitor advertising campaign performance and analyze results to determine the effectiveness of strategies used and make necessary improvements.
  3. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of advertising efforts with sales goals and achieve targeted revenues.
  4. Use analytical tools and reports to provide accurate insights into market trends and campaign performance.

Building a Customer Base:

  1. Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns to attract new customers and increase loyalty among existing customers.
  2. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and expectations and direct advertising efforts to meet those needs.
  3. Develop loyalty and promotional programs to enhance customer engagement and increase the customer base.
  4. Establish strategic partnerships with relevant entities to enhance the customer network and expand access to new markets.

Innovation and Development:

  1. Explore and adopt modern technologies and trends in advertising to ensure the delivery of effective and innovative campaigns.
  2. Foster a culture of innovation within the team and encourage new ideas that contribute to achieving the company's goals.
