•Conduct a thorough analysis of applicable taxes and regulations to provide expert advice on tax compliance, develop and maintain tax plans, compliance procedures and risk assessment frameworks, mitigate financial risks to ensure effective tax management.
•Manage and oversee the filing of regular tax information and returns and coordinate and manage tax audits, inquiries and notices from tax authorities.
•Prepare and review VAT, corporate tax, withholding tax, and other applicable returns and filings.
•Collaborate with finance, legal and operations teams to ensure our tax strategies and policies are implemented accurately per tax compliances.
•Ensure compliance with GCC transfer pricing regulations, including preparing documentation and reports.
•Maintain documentation and records related to tax filings, provisions and other tax-related activities.
•Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on financial issues, including tax implications of business decisions and transactions.
•Identify potential tax risks and propose risk mitigation strategies. Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations and proactively identify potential risks or opportunities for Al Mulla Group.
•Assess the impact of new tax regulations on the company’s operations and provide recommendations.

: • Experience in tax management, preferably in a corporate or public accounting environment in GCC.
• Experience in a multinational corporation or large-scale organization operating across GCC countries.
• Experienced in performing Trial Balance / General Ledger Review, review of Statutory Financial Statements including Consolidation Financial Statements.
Skills
•Sound knowledge of financial and management accounting and IFRS.
•In-depth knowledge of GCC tax laws, VAT, corporate income tax, and transfer pricing regulations.
•Familiarity with tax technology tools and software.
•Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is required (both written and spoken).
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
