Responsibilities


Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Digital Marketing Strategy:

•Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.

•Identify target audiences and market segments for each brand within the dealership group, and tailor digital marketing campaigns to effectively reach and engage them.

•Stay up to date of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to continuously refine and optimize strategies.


2.Media Buying:

•Work with each of the brands marketing teams to understand and define the requirements

•Handle the end to end media buying process

•Enable strategies to have an effective methods of target spending

•Monitor ROI on the investments with potential lead and conversions


3.Website and E-Commerce Management:

•Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of dealership websites to ensure an intuitive user experience, optimal performance, and high search engine rankings.

•Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement enhancements, updates, and new features that enhance usability and drive conversion rates.

•Drive the development and implementation of e-commerce capabilities, including online vehicle sales and service booking, to capitalize on digital sales opportunities.


4.Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM):

•Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, website traffic, and keyword rankings for dealership websites.

•Manage SEM campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and performance optimization.

•Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and KPIs to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to optimize ROI.


5.Analytics and Reporting:

•Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing automation platforms to track, measure, and analyze digital marketing performance and user behavior.

•Generate regular reports and insights on key metrics, campaign effectiveness, and ROI to inform strategic decision-making and optimization efforts.

•Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize digital marketing strategies and tactics.


6.Collaboration with the CLM department:

•Monitoring the Lead qualification and working in parallel

•Daily monitoring and optimizing the performance

•Daily reporting of complete funnel
