• Develop age-appropriate, interactive lessons that encourage critical thinking and exploration
• Foster a positive environment where each child feels valued, safe, and ready to take on new challenges
• Build trusting relationships with families, collaborating to support each child’s unique path

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s in Elementary Education and experience working with early elementary students
• A passion for early childhood development, and a talent for crafting meaningful, engaging lessons
• Dedication to building a joyful, inclusive classroom community
