Legal Administrative Assistant



Job Description



Provide administrative support to the Legal General Manager and the legal team Manage legal documentation, including drafting, formatting, and proofreading contracts, correspondence, and internal reports. Organize and maintain legal files, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping. Handle scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination for the legal team. Assist with legal research on applicable laws, regulations, and legal precedents as needed Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, including government entities, law firms, and corporate partners. Manage correspondence, emails, and communication on behalf of the legal team. Support the legal team in administrative tasks related to corporate governance, contracts, and litigation management.

Skills



High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred. Prior experience in a legal administrative role, preferably in a corporate legal department or law firm. Familiarity with legal terminology and basic legal procedures. Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
