Job Description:
-Strong Knowledge how to make show in front of guest by cutting meat, and make pleasant show
-Set up show trolley stations
-Preparing all mis en place for the show
-Preparing service equipment and materials
-Being attentive to guest needs
-Creativity & show development is a must
-Assisting co-worker in service
-Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships
-Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings / training as scheduled
-Minimum experience 2 years in Turkish steakhouse restaurant
-Pleasing personality and good communication skills
-Food & Beverage Menu Knowledge
-Strong Knowledge of F&B service etiquette
-Good English knowledge (speaking), and Arabic speaking is an advantage
-Maintain hygienic standards and procedures.
-Clean and maintain equipment and premise
Languages Required: English.
