Junior Accountant

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
2. Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
3. Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
4. Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
5. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance documentation.
6. Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and insights.
7. Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation.
8. Help in budgeting and forecasting processes.
9. Identify and implement process improvements in accounting practices.
10. Stay updated with accounting regulations and best practices.
