The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to the company's employees and customers.
Excellent knowledge of as a system engineer with supporting role and attending customer tickets and calls.
Excellent understanding and knowledge of Network concepts such as TCP/IP, Routing, DNS, load balancers, firewalls, DHCP, SMTP, UDP)
Good experience with Linux and other Unix-based operating systems.
Strong understanding of different types of cybersecurity attacks like web applications, DDOS, DNS, and intrusion attacks and how to mitigate them.
Monitoring on-time metrics, KPIs, and research issues that cause performance degradation for critical enterprise systems.
Implement communications protocols and solutions with various global teams to identify and proactively resolve issues causing delays or performance degradation for client services.
Good knowledge of GSM technology and VAS services.
Optional : Good knowledge of VOIP technology.
