Instructor of Data Analytics - Adjunct

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in data science, big data, and advanced analytics techniques, and will be passionate about imparting this knowledge to senior executives and professionals. This role is pivotal in helping leaders leverage data analytics to drive strategic decision-making and solve complex business challenges. Key Responsibilities: Develop robust assessment tools to evaluate student performance, including exams, projects, and presentations. Provide timely and constructive feedback to help students improve their analytical skills and achieve their learning goals. Partner with the Executive Education team to ensure that the course content meets the evolving needs of industry and aligns with the overall objectives of the program. Participate in curriculum reviews, program development, and other collaborative initiatives to enhance the value of the Executive Education offerings. Qualifications: Professional Experience: Extensive experience in data analytics, data science, big data technologies, or similar roles, with a proven track record of using data to drive business decisions. Experience in consulting or working with C-suite executives on data-driven strategies is highly desirable. Teaching Experience: Prior teaching experience at the university level, particularly in executive education or professional development programs, is preferred. Experience in creating and delivering online or hybrid courses is an advantage. Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate them effectively to a non-technical audience. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and inspire senior professionals.
