Key Accountability / Responsibility • Maintain job applications database for all positions.
• Perform full recruitment cycle and maintains job postings. Screen applications and prepare shortlist.
• Conducts induction / orientation program for all newly joined employees as per the company standards.
• Responds to employees requests, suggestions & queries in a timely and professional manner, address their complaints, recommends solutions and make sure they have been handled properly.
• Conducts exit interviews for resigning employees and submit the results in the Oracle HRMS system.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment status report weekly. Follow recruitment policies and procedures.
• Coordinates with the PRO for new joiner’s visas, visa cancelation and visa renewals.
• Prepare and review employment contract and job offer.
• Maintain employee relations and ensure that employees query or grievance is well addressed and resolved. Conduct investigations and recommend adequate course of action.
• Review and update job descriptions and candidate specifications.
• Ensure that departments organization structures are updated.
• Prepare and maintain turnover report monthly.
• Follow-up on the probation period evaluation and report failure and confirmations
• Support in the processes the monthly payroll using Oracle HRMS and ensure that all entries are accurate on time.
• Prepares HR related reports like (leave reports, overtime reports) and submit to the supervisor in a timely manner.
• Verify qualifications and professional approvals and syndicates membership.
• Performs other related duties as maybe required.

Promote and conduct business professionally in order to protect the integrity of Caterpillar brand and Al-Bahar image.

Ensure all departmental activities are carried out in accordance with the relevant standing instructions and other company policies.

Promote safety awareness and ensure compliance to HSE policy to maintain a hazard and incident free environment.
Promote awareness of the significant environmental aspects and related actual or potential environmental impacts associated with the work.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business admin or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field.
- Solid knowledge and experience in Kuwait Labor Law.
- Ability to handle confidential material and information.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be a good team player
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Good Time Management Skills
