Responsible for ensuring that all guest request delivered on time an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Runner would also be required to maintain cleanliness of the pantries take receipt of stock in the pantries. Comply with all Hilton Worldwide company policies. Comply with all Security Procedures implemented with hotel and department. Comply with all systems and procedures as laid down by the Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor. The management reserves the right to change/extend this statement if necessary, at any point of time during her/his employment. The holder of this statement can be asked to take on other tasks in addition of the ones stated, in a reasonable framework. Ensure Linen is available for all departments as requested. Ensure quality controls are in place for all linen processes, rejecting any exceptions. Knows how to read and use Synergy requests. Guarantees job completion in a timely and efficient manner. Delivers assigned amenities to the guest room. Cooperates and works with employees from all departments, in particular Front Office, Housekeeping and F&B. Prepares rollaway beds and baby cribs. Carry out stock takes as requested. Ensure par stocks are maintained. Take receipt of stock and ensure safe storage. Manage customer service issues quickly and effectively. Oversee the issuing of linen via a requisition system. Ensure team members adhere to all Health and Safety Regulations Carry out any other reasonable task set by the hotel management.A Houseman serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
