About the location:
What you will do
Report to assigned area(s) with required keys, equipment, supplies, etc.
Anticipates guest needs and takes ownership of guest concerns and requests; acts decisively to ensure guest
satisfaction. Offers a special service touch when an opportunity is presented.
Attends to guest and internal customers calls and coordinates with concerned departments to ensure timely and
efficient service delivery.
Deliver guest requests within standard time
Deliver additional linen and rollaway to guest rooms as required
Collect stained linen, extra and recycling items on all floors
To report any missing items from rooms e.g. bathrobes, soap dishes etc.
Always be in contact with the Housekeeping Desk Attendant for all special requests.
Refill the HM cabinet on the floor as per the schedule.
Make sure to conduct the weekly inventory for stores for requisition as per the schedule.
Responsible for making sure to have enough inventory of extra beds, baby cribs and other guest request items (Steamer, heater, pet amenities)
Refilling of chemical dispenser as per the schedule.
Checking the house use bottles in vacant dirty rooms (Drop rooms)
Taking inventory on a daily basis of the devices in department.
Making sure the bathroom amenities are refilled every day in pantries.
Making sure to clean and wipe the cups, saucer and spoons for RA.
Responsible for all the pantries and corridor in their floors including maintenance, cleanliness and supplies.
Ensures service pantries are kept clean and tidy.
What you bring
At least 2 years’ work experience in a similar role within a high-end luxury hotel, or resort.
This position is physical by nature and requires candidates to meet all of the essential functions of this position.
Requires attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and organization skills, teamwork attitude, an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.
