Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to address academic, social, and emotional challenges.
• Develop and implement programs to support students’ well-being.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create a supportive and inclusive school environment.
• Assist students with goal setting, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
• Monitor academic progress and offer guidance for improving performance.
• Provide resources and support for post-secondary planning.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in School Counseling or a related field.
• Certification as a School Counselor is preferred.
• Proven experience in counseling at the high school level.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
