Specific Accountabilities
1. Design & Production: create and design graphics for layout for all forms of printed but not limited to, campaigns featuring all BTL projects, as well as supporting materials such as presentation slides and computer-based presentations provide complete and comprehensive briefs and ensure that jobs run smoothly and are delivered on time in a cost-effective way.
2. Brand Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to Taiba Hospital’s brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing channels.
3. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality and Coordinate with all parties to facilitate smooth project execution.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, propose design solutions, and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
5. Adaptation and Optimization Adapt designs for various formats and platforms, including digital and print, optimizing them for different mediums and purposes.
6. Professional Development:Continuously enhance your skills and knowledge through training, workshops, and self-directed learning to stay current with evolving design trends and technologies.
7. Conceptualization and Design:Develop creative concepts and design layouts for marketing materials such as brochures, posters, advertisements, digital banners, social media graphics, and Ensure designs effectively communicate Taiba Hospital’s brand message and objectives.
